Miguna Miguna has hit out at James Orengo and the orange brigade that is reportedly working to impeach William Ruto as the Deputy President. The controversial lawyer, based in Canada, says “Kenya needs a revolution, not an impeachment.”
Reports have indicated Siaya Senator – Orengo, is preparing the Ruto ouster motion over abuse of office and gross misconduct but self-declared National Resistance Movement Kenya General Miguna has slammed the move, saying it is a “hoax meant to excite empty Raila Odinga psycophants that ODM cowards are fighting corruption when they are in it up to their necks.”
Miguna, who raises several other questions in a series of string worded tweets, further says the impeachment motion should be “against the 2 individuals occupying the Presidency.”
He questions how the impeachment will repatriate “trillions of shillings of public wealth […] looted” over the years and stashed abroad, open up the IEBC servers or bring justice for hundreds of innocent supporters who were killed in the 2017 post-election period.
Will Orengo's impeachment motion against @WilliamsRuto open up the @IEBC server or bring justice to Msando and other victims of Uhuru Kenyatta's tyranny? How will it repatriate Shs. 15 TRILLION the Kenyatta and Moi families have stashed abroad or feed the starving Turkana?

He has also hit out at Raila Odinga over the Kisumu Molasses plant and being a billionaire who has refused to repay a KSh7 million debt.
To #HandChieth supporters of Uhuru Kenyatta: Trillions of shillings of public wealth have been looted at State House, Cabinet Office, Treasury, Interior, Defence, Devolution, Energy, Agriculture, Roads, Lands, etc. Who bears THE GREATEST RESPONSIBILITY for these?

Miguna’s charge at Orengo and co comes as Thirdway Alliance leader, Ekuru Aukot, suggests the impeachment would be difficult to get through.
Orengo is relying on provisions of Article 150 of CoK 2010 paragraphs 1(b)(i) (ii) (iii) to move the motion of impeaching DP @Williamsruto. It will be important for him to prove the "Gross Misconduct " and "Violation" of any law. Rem no arraignment or conviction yet. https://t.co/qtwwyfhEXc
