The judiciary record-breaking bail of KSh100 million may have been reached after all, following anti-corruption chief magistrate Lawrence Mugambi’s decision to release 10 senior officers of Samburu County on a cash bail of KSh10m each.
Earlier, the court had handed Governor Moses Lenoolkural a Sh100 million bail before it was reviewed to KSh10m in the graft case.
The 10, who are co-accused with their governor have been given bond terms similar to their boss – an alternative bond of Sh30 million with one similar surety.
