Real estate company, Hass Consult, has launched a mixed use up-market development on Riverside Drive.
Dubbed the Riverside Square, the project is expected to be completed in two years’ time, comprising a total of 250 one, two, three and four-bedroomed apartments.
During the project launch in Nairobi, the firm’s Research and Development Consulting head Sakinah Hassanali said the apartments suit the bohemian ‘urbanites’ with a sizable disposal income who appreciate the finer things in life and thrive in an artistic environment.
“As development managers, we have led the way in financial models and market positioning in Kenya for over two decades. During that time, the real estate market has become more sophisticated, where only carefully thought through investments with clear and underserved target markets know sell rapidly,” she said.
“The apartments offer tiling in the bathrooms that create a full wall marble as well as soft and dark hue throughout the reception rooms, creating a moody ambiance that is currently the height of fashion globally, which is complimented by furniture and fittings with an element of industrial art.”
Riverside Square is a large scale mixed-used property which deviates from their other projects which are largely residential.
It brings together has four different landowners in a partnership to offer a neighborhood with shops, prime office space and residential apartments, all interspersed with upscale leisure facilities.
